Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
What happens if I go over my product limit?
Nothing stops. We never block a sale. We'll let you know so you can move up a plan when it suits you.
What counts as a product?
Each active size or variant you sell counts once. A dog food in 2 kg, 5 kg and 11 kg counts as three. Products you've archived don't count.
What's in the included website?
A custom one-page website built for your store by our team, with your logo, colours and photo. Your hours, address, phone and map update from your till. Bigger sites are $29.99/month for 2–5 pages or $49.99/month for 6–10 pages, plus a $99 one-time build fee that's waived when you pay yearly. The Pro plan includes a website of up to 5 pages, with a $99 one-time build fee that's also waived when you pay yearly.
Do I have to buy your hardware?
No. Use your own tablet or computer and standard printers, scanners and cash drawers. We'll tell you what works before you buy anything.
How do card payments work?
Payments are built in through our Canadian payment partner, with rates shown upfront. Card details never touch our system.
Do you price match?
Better: if another Canadian POS provider quotes you a lower regular monthly software fee for comparable features, we'll beat it by 10% for your first 12 months. See the terms.
