Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Swipe360 website and the Swipe360 point of sale service, provided by Swipe360 Solutions in British Columbia, Canada. By using Swipe360, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account, including what your staff do. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, per store, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
- Plugins are billed monthly on top of your plan while they are switched on: $14.99 per month each, except Appointments at $24.99 per month. Plugins included in your plan are not charged separately.
- If you pay for a year upfront, you get one month free.
- Each plan includes one register. Extra registers in the same store are $10 per month each.
- Starter includes 5 staff logins. Growth and Pro include unlimited staff logins.
- Pro includes payroll for up to 10 employees. Each additional employee paid through Swipe360 payroll is $3 per month.
- There are no setup fees and no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your service runs until the end of the month you've paid for.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or stop. We won't charge you without your agreement.
Product limits
Each plan includes a number of active products. If you go over, we will never block a sale. We'll let you know so you can change plans.
Included website
Every plan includes a custom one-page website. Larger websites are a monthly add-on: $29.99 per month for 2 to 5 pages and $49.99 per month for 6 to 10 pages. Websites over 10 pages are quoted before any work starts. Upgrading to a 2–10 page website has a one-time $99 build fee, which is waived if you pay for the website yearly. Online store, booking and delivery features need the matching plugins. If you cancel a website plan, your site returns to the one-page version.
The Pro plan includes a website of up to 5 pages, with a one-time $99 build fee, which is waived if you pay for Pro yearly. Pro stores who want 6 to 10 pages pay the difference between the 2–5 page and 6–10 page website plans ($20 per month). If you move from Pro to another plan, your website moves to the matching website plan price or returns to the one-page version.
Lower price guarantee
If another POS provider offers you a lower regular monthly software fee than Swipe360, we'll set your Swipe360 monthly fee 10% below that price. These terms apply:
- What it covers: the monthly point of sale software subscription only, for the same number of stores and registers and comparable features (for example the till, inventory and reports, plus any plugins you'd use on both).
- Not covered: card processing rates, hardware, setup fees, websites, free plans with no monthly fee, and short-term or introductory promotions (such as a reduced price for the first few months). We compare against the provider's regular price after any promotion ends.
- Proof: a written quote or invoice from a provider that sells to Canadian businesses, in your business name, dated within the last 30 days. We may confirm the price with the provider or on its public website.
- When to claim: when you sign up for Swipe360, or within 30 days after.
- How long it lasts: the guaranteed price applies for your first 12 months. After that, your plan moves to our standard price for your plan at that time, and we'll tell you at least 30 days before.
- Limits: one claim per store. Can't be combined with other Swipe360 offers or discounts.
